It’s that time of year again — the kitchen fills with laughter, the pilones come out, and the plantains start flying! Join us for our annual Puerto Rican pasteles-making class, inspired by our abuelas’ hands and island traditions.
👩🏽🍳 Apron & hair net mandatory — we’re cooking like pros (and abuelas).
🍌 Learn the full process: masa, filling, wrapping & steaming.
🍲 House treat: warm bowls of sancocho served at brunch time.
✨ Bring good vibes, stories, and a container to take some pasteles home.
