Buren o Bomba, Homenaje a Loiza - Seafood Only Supper
An outdoor dinner that celebrates the afro-bóricas roots through flavor, rhythm and memories. Cultural, emotional and gastronomy. The buren sounds like a drum and the bomba is cooked over low heat. Each dish tells a story; Loiza a coastal town that inherited the art of transforming coconut, banana and sea into celebration. This night, the patio becomes a corner of Loiza - between barrels, smoke and flavor.
